2. Pricing and Payment

    • EU (Outside Hungary): Reverse Charge applies.
  • Payment: 50% upon signing, 50% within 30 days of final invoice.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Aron Kuna retains all rights to photos/videos.
  • Clients receive an unlimited digital/print use license upon full payment.

4. Revisions and Delivery

  • Unlimited revisions (edits only).
  • First proofs in 2 days after items arriving to the studio.
  • Delivery: Per agreed timeline, digitally.

5. Refunds

  • 100% refund if unsatisfied within 15 days of delivery; license revoked upon refund.

6. Liability

  • Not liable for client property loss/damage; liability capped at service fee.

7. Force Majeure

  • Performance excused for uncontrollable events (e.g., disasters); termination after 3 months delay.

8. Governing Law

  • Hungarian law, disputes in Szeged courts.
